 Why we can't just get along!

Mother's Day was spent with my daughter this year. My mother passed away two years ago as did my wife's mother so a visit to the North country of Arizona was in order for the weekend. My daughter works in Showlow Az hospital and had most of the weekend off. Sunday we left to go up in the Apache Sitgreaves National park up near Alpine Az we took trail 177 heading West and decided to check out Carino Lake ~64 acre lake with fishing "trout" and some boating at 9,000 ft elevation. There were only two groups camping at the lake and maybe 4 or 5 other camping sites we saw as we took the back road back to Vernon and then to Showlow, Az . We saw some elk on the trip back but it took about 20 seconds for me to get my camera ready "cold fingers" so I didn't get any pictures of the wildlife. We had a Saburu suv with all wheel drive which was fine for that main trail but be aware that if you decide to take some side trails they are not well maintained and a serious off road vehicle would be required. The wife and I did stop at two casinos one in Pinetop the Apache White Mountain and the other down in Payson on the way home. My wife lost it all and I was up $10 at Pinetop and another $110 in Payson so yep we balanced out again. The casino were open with very strict mask and shields around the one arm bandits. Mask were mandatory in Payson with just a few machines with side shields. One thing I noticed is for the most part Northern Arizona seems to be clear of covid problems for the most part. My other daughter did visit my granddaughters Great grandmother in Pine , Az and strict protocol was in order due to her advanced age. No campfires are allowed in any of the parks in Arizona due to forest fires since the vegetation is very dry.

 

Psychological Manipulation. Deja vu.

The mass media Usually has an agenda and too manipulate their agenda they frame many of the pictures and videos you may see, a common practice that is quite noticeable if you are looking for it. Journalism should not take sides on any story they present as news. Don't be fooled again

Yep this be a trap, pass it on. The Left loves to use red was the big give away. Well that sounded good at least wait, dance along the line or as I heard when I was young " give them enough rope" you know the rest. I set it out on January 6 and just follow along until it feels right. These people are phony and while not stupid just to deep into control freak syndrome or CFS I just made that up but it sure rings true. Anyway may the force be with you.

The election is 5 days away. I really can't grasp how Biden/Harris could win this election unless they cheat. Something not unknown for the Demoncrat party. I still remember the 1964 election between LBJ and Barry Goldwater. I still lived in Pa and 8th grade was the first year I became aware of Politics. According to LBJ and company Goldwater would drag us into war yadayada. By 1968 LBJ had us deep into the Vietnam War and told the public he would not seek or run for POTUS in 1968. I wonder what some alternate Universe looks like that didn't have to go through Johnson's Great Society,Vietnam War and all the other crap he left for the USA as a legacy. Only Jimmy Carter made LBJ look not so bad when Carter became POTUS in 1976. He didn't get 4 more years. I think Trump will win next week. Someone has to put the PRC in there place and stop there run to be the Worlds only Super Power.  update:" Screwed the pooch on that one. When you get old a lot of life isn't as much fun, ache and pains. The one thing I look forward to is seeing my Granddaughter. When she is losing her baby teeth so much the better. Just love this young lady so much and she has a wicked sense of humor. Going to have to see how much the old tooth fairy left for her since she lost 3 in a row, and a quarter a tooth or less doesn't cut it like it did over 60 years ago. Thank God mommy got the dentist bill for the braces and stuff. Back when I grew up I know the boys didn't get the cosmetic stuff.
